“The one who listens does the most work, Not the one who speaks”
There is a truth behind this phrase. Sometimes people who speak well will always take the centre stage eventhough there is nothing he/she can show in terms of job performance. They do less work but talk well. In short, this kind of person doesn’t work hard but work smart.
